This Titanium Strength Dual Pulley Multipower Machine is a functional 8 point traction Smith bar/Olympic bar attachment machine with 2 stacks of 72kg plates (Olympic plates will be required for the Smith bar). The Smith bar attaches to the 2 wide adjustable pulleys and rotates like a traditional Smith bar system with height adjustable safety spotters .
Double Pulley System
- With the double adjustable pulley you can work on the strength of your arms and shoulders, but with extra accessories you can also work on your legs individually.
- The double pulley is ideal for working full body , with a very different stimulus than that given by irons. They are ideal for recovering from injuries and for improving joint strength and range.
- The pulley has been used a lot for torso work: For shoulders at 360º: lateral raises , front raises , one-hand press, cross pulleys for posterior shoulder, face pull or chin row. For the pectoral it is important to vary the angle of the pulley to work all parts of the muscle, both in pectoral press or cross pulleys for chest. Its antagonist, the dorsals , this double pulley machine allows us to do one- or two-handed rows, generating different contractions in the posterior part of the body by simply changing the grip. A very versatile exercise for pectorals and dorsals would be the high pulley pull over .
- The arms will be pumped to the limit with slow and controlled movements. Triceps extensions, French press, one or two-handed biceps curl, biceps cross.
- We can work the upper and lower body at different angles, thanks to its guided system and the movement of the axes.
- With both pulleys you can do chest presses , squats or lunges, among many other exercises.

Smith Machine
- The Smith offers us lower body work: squats, lunges, deadlifts, hip thrusts , good mornings, calf work… but in addition, the glute work will be much more specific, since you can do squats with feet very close together without losing balance . We can also use it as a press simply by lying on the floor, and even do glute kicks if we place ourselves 4 supports under the bar.
- The Smith works the upper body in the same way , from shrugs for trapezius, barbell rows, military press to the pectoral press in all its variations.
- A simple twist of the wrist and the barbell is moved almost automatically. This is something that is not achieved with free bar training and many athletes demand it. That is why any gym should include a Smith machine among its weight training machines .
