6. Pricing & VAT
All prices listed on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes. A 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to orders delivered within the US, in line with local regulations. Other GCC countries may not include VAT, and tax treatment will vary based on destination. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice and is confirmed at the time of placing the order.
7. Tax Invoices
Orders placed through our website are not considered authorized tax invoices by default. If a customer requires a tax invoice, it must be formally requested within 30 days from the date the order is completed. An order is considered complete only upon full delivery of equipment and successful receipt of full payment. Tax invoices will only be issued after both delivery and payment are fulfilled.
In accordance with local tax regulations:
- A 5% VAT is applicable on all invoices supplied within the United States (US).
- A 15% VAT is applicable on all invoices supplied within the Canada (CA).
- If the products are dispatched from the USA to customers located outside the USA, these will be treated as zero-rated supplies, subject to proper documentation and compliance with USA Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.
It is the customer’s responsibility to request the tax invoice within the stated timeframe and under the applicable conditions.
8. Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation policies vary by country. Free delivery may be available on orders above a minimum value specific to each region. A standard delivery fee applies to orders below this threshold. Free installation is offered for eligible products that do not require wall drilling or special mounting. 9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging; however, items that have been assembled are not eligible for return. (Refer to our Return & Refund Policy)
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Pre-orders cannot be paid for via COD.
10. Product Warranties & Suitability
Products are categorized as:
- Home Use
- Semi-Commercial
- Commercial
Using home-use products in commercial settings voids the warranty. For commercial use, contact our Commercial Sales Department.
11. Promotions & Price Match Policy
We may offer promotions or discounts from time to time. If you find a matching product with the same specs and warranty elsewhere, we may match the price at our discretion.
Note: excludes clearance sales, past prices and out-of-stock items.
