The padded seat is adjustable in two positions for lat pulldowns and rows , while the foam roller is adjustable in different positions to help you maintain good posture during the lat pulldown exercise. Additionally, the machine features a steel footplate that helps to set your posture during the rowing exercise, giving you greater stability and safety.
